ABSTRACT
All registered participants who would like to present their work as an oral communication and/or a poster are invited to submit an abstract by June 15, 2026 using the on-line submission form. To facilitate discussions, each speaker is also entitled to present a poster.
Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 1 page. Please use the provided Word template without changing the format.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Please send your abstract in PDF to
anais.scuiller@universite-paris-saclay.fr and specify your choice for an oral communication and/or a poster presentation.
You will receive an email aknowledging receipt of the abstract by the Barrande-Vltava 2026 secretariat.
All abstracts for either oral or poster presentations will be peer-reviewed by the Organizing Committee for their acceptance. The notification of acceptance will be emailed. Each participant can submit only one abstract and full payment of the registration fee is required for acceptance.
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS
The length of the different contributions are:
• Plenary lectures (PL) 50 min, including 5 min for questions and discussions
• Keynote lectures (IL) 30 min, including 5 min for questions and discussions
• Oral communications (OC) 15 min, including 3 min for questions and discussions
Each speaker is entitled to present a poster.
We kindly ask all the speakers to keep their talk strictly within the scheduled timetable.
The maximum posters size should be A0 (841 x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation (landscape posters will not be accepted).
A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will notified to the presenting author along with the day and session of presentation. Posters will exposed during the entire duration of the meeting at the entrance of the lecture hall. Fixtures for plastic boards will be provided.
