REGISTRATION and WELCOME PARTY
On Wednesday August, 26th, registration will open at 14h30 in the lobby of the Henri Moissan building (HM2).
A welcome buffet will be served at 18h40 in the lobby of the HM2 building.
ARRIVAL BY TRANSPORTS
Orsay is approximately one hour away from Paris by transport. The most convenient way to reach Paris by air is to fly to Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly airports.
From Paris, the most convenient way to reach Orsay by transport is to take the RER B line to Massy-Palaiseau or Le Guichet stations (ca. 30 minutes from Paris) and then to take the 4606 or the 4609 to Université Paris Saclay (20 minutes from Massy-Palaiseau and 10 minutes from Le Guichet).
ARRIVAL BY CAR
